Is TaskSimply free?

Yes. TaskSimply is free to start with no credit card required. Create a workspace and begin using tasks, notes, shopping, budget and team features.

Can I use TaskSimply as a mobile app?

Yes. TaskSimply installs as a progressive web app on iPhone, iPad and Android. Add it to your home screen from Safari or Chrome and launch it like a native app.

Is Teams separate from my personal space?

TaskSimply now uses four modes. Personal Mode is the default. Business Mode is the dedicated teamspace for projects, kanban, members and wiki. Family Mode elevates shopping, budgets, family profile and goals. Ministry Mode adds donations, prayer and scripture tools — with KingdomBase.app recommended for evangelism CRM. Switch modes in the sidebar or with ⌥1–⌥4.

What is Ministry Mode?

Ministry Mode helps Christian charities and ministries track donations by fund, keep a prayer wall, plan scripture reading and still use kanban plus teamspace for projects. For evangelism CRM, we recommend KingdomBase.app as a partnership alongside Ministry Mode.

Can families share TaskSimply?

Yes. Invite a spouse, family member or roommate into your workspace and switch to Family Mode. Everyone sees the same family profile, goals, tasks, shopping lists, budgets and boards in real time.

What is KingdomBase?

KingdomBase.app is an evangelism CRM we recommend with TaskSimply Ministry Mode. Use TaskSimply for prayer, scripture, giving and ministry ops — use KingdomBase when you need a dedicated CRM for outreach relationships.

Does TaskSimply have kanban boards?

Yes. Kanban boards are available across modes for everyday work, and Business Mode also includes project boards with backlog, to-do, doing, review and done columns.

Built by someone who
needed it first.

For as long as I can remember, I've been searching for a simple way to stay organized — somewhere to take notes, set my tasks, and actually keep track of my life without the whole system becoming another thing to manage.

And I noticed something: when I'm on track, everything else gets better. I'm more present with the people I love. I follow through on what I said I'd do. There's margin in my week instead of a constant low-grade panic. That difference is real, and it's worth protecting.

That's the heart of why I created TaskSimply — to keep things in life simple, to help you be productive, and to stay focused in a world absolutely full of distraction.
