Quick answer

A good first session with TaskSimply takes about fifteen minutes: create a free account, empty your head into the Inbox, move today's work to Today, create one note and explore the sidebar. If you have a family or team, invite one person and name your workspaces.

Create your workspace

Sign up at tasksimply.com with your email. You'll land in your Personal workspace — the home for everyday tasks, notes, shopping and budget. Name it something you'll recognize in settings.

Capture, then sort

Add every open commitment to the Inbox without organizing yet. Then move only what belongs today into Today. This two-step habit keeps capture fast and planning intentional.

  • Use quick-add on the home dashboard for speed.
  • Add due dates only when timing genuinely matters.
  • Press / or ⌘K to search and navigate quickly.

Explore beyond tasks

Create a note for something that needs more than a title — a meeting, an idea, a plan. Check the Calendar for due dates, Shopping for groceries and Budget if household money tracking would help.

When you're ready for Teams

Switch to Teams in the sidebar for business projects, kanban boards, member invites and a team wiki. Personal and family work stay in Personal — no second account needed.
