Overview
TaskSimply is built to help you organize life and work — not to harvest your attention. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.
Information we collect
- Account details — email address and optional profile name when you create a workspace.
- Workspace content — tasks, notes, lists, shopping items, budget entries, team projects and wiki pages you create.
- Usage signals — basic analytics (such as page views and performance) to keep the product reliable. We use privacy-conscious tools like Vercel Analytics where available.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve TaskSimply: authenticate your account, sync your workspace across devices, send essential account messages, and diagnose reliability issues. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Content in a shared workspace is visible to members you invite. We use trusted infrastructure providers (including hosting and authentication services) to operate the product. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Security
We protect accounts with industry-standard authentication and encrypted transport (HTTPS). You should still use a strong unique password and a dedicated password manager for credentials — TaskSimply is not a password vault.
Your choices
You can update profile details in settings, leave shared workspaces, and request account deletion by contacting us. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize associated personal data except where retention is required for security or legal reasons.
Children
TaskSimply is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
