The service

TaskSimply provides productivity tools for personal tasks, notes, family coordination, shopping, budgets and small-team project management. Features may change as we improve the product. We may offer free access and may introduce optional paid plans later.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own the content you create in TaskSimply. You grant us a limited license to host, store, sync and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you invite. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service.
• Do not use TaskSimply to store secrets that belong in a password manager.
• Do not harass others or misuse invite links and shared workspaces.

Disclaimer

TaskSimply is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as TaskSimply grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
