Most people do not have a productivity problem. They have a context problem. The grocery list lives in one app, the client board in another, the prayer list in a notes app, and today's actual work in a fourth place that nobody opened this morning.

TaskSimply is built around a simpler idea: one account, four modes. You stay signed in. The sidebar changes the toolkit. Personal, Business, Family and Ministry stay distinct so a family chore never lands on a client board, and a ministry prayer request is not buried under inbox noise.

What each mode is for

  • Personal Mode is the default. Today, Upcoming, Inbox, notes, calendar and a personal kanban board. This is where a day actually starts. See Personal Mode.
  • Business Mode is the teamspace: people, invites, project kanban, wiki and operational notes. Use it when the work has more than one owner. See Business Mode.
  • Family Mode is the household: shared shopping, monthly budgets, family goals and boards everyone can open from a phone. See Family Mode.
  • Ministry Mode is for Christian charities and ministry teams: giving by fund, a prayer wall, scripture reading, plus the same project tools when an event needs a plan. See Ministry Mode.

A weekly rhythm that uses the modes

Monday morning belongs in Personal Mode. Empty your head into Inbox, then move only what is truly due into Today. If a card is really a household errand, switch to Family Mode and put it there instead of pretending it is "personal admin."

Midweek, open Business Mode only for the projects that have an owner and a next step. A kanban board with five honest columns ā€” backlog, to-do, doing, review, done ā€” replaces a surprising amount of status chatter.
